I seem to remember that some kind of additional storage for headgear/hats or holiday items was mentioned as being part of the Wintersday upgrade.

I can't seem to find this anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas if it was actually put in place?

Unless of course you are supposed to destroy all your duplicate hats and then recraft them again from the hat trader NPC when you need them?

As for the rest of the changes, they are awesome!!

This game keeps coming up with surprises :-)

Yes the Hat NPC works as you speak, and you would know that if you look closely at the larger thread regarding Hat NPCs and not make 2 new double threads about this -_-

Will the hat cloning NPCs disappear after the wintersday event? I think theyre really helpful

There are two new NPCs:

Kehtokweh in Kamadan
Ludor in Lions Arch

Both of these NPCs will make copies of Festival hats brought to them, basically the hats must be in your inventory at the time of speaking to them.

The give you two options, the first option, "I want to show you a new hat", will register a hat for your account. The character speaking to the Festival Hat maker must have a hat customized in their name on them in order for this option to work.

Once this has been done, any of your characters on your account may use the second option, "Please make me a new hat", which for the cost of only 10g the NPC will create copy of the hat you select.

Please remember that you can only copy your OWN hats, you can not copy other people's hats.
